From Consensus to Action, From Work to Life ——GREENSIDE 2026 Chinese New Year Annual Gala Documentary

February 11, 2026, shortly after the Start of Spring.
At 5 p.m., all GREENSIDE members, dressed in solid black and white, arrived at the gala venue one after another. At the entrance stood a white Chinese character "Fu" (blessing) backdrop, where everyone paused to take photos, capturing their wishes for the year ahead. Each person then received a souvenir ceramic cup, picked up a dessert, and took their seat.
Every table was carefully decorated with floral arrangements. Ordinary ingredients closely connected to our daily lives—corn, carrots, broccoli, and lemons—were delicately trimmed and artfully arranged alongside fresh flowers, creating a unique and heartwarming scene for the evening.

Opening & Warm-up
The lights dimmed, and the opening video began to play.
"Trash-talking" clips from six performance groups were shown one by one. Some cast playful challenges to the camera, some delivered serious "warnings" to the audience, and some broke into laughter mid-speech. Laughter filled the room—colleagues who usually focused on design edits, order coordination, and client follow-up turned into lively performers on screen.
After the video, the warm-up game "Sucking Blessings" began. Long tables were covered with red "Fu" stickers, and each person used a straw to suck and move the stickers within a time limit. Amid cheers and laughter, blessings were gathered in everyone’s palms.

Six Wonderful Performances, Seven Rounds of Lucky Prizes
Next came six performances in turn.
The sweet pop song Love You paired with small red envelopes, the classic Night Shanghai with cheongsams and feather fans, a magic show with small slip-ups but unwavering perseverance, a charming and graceful little frog dance, the rhythmic monologue Tianshu Family Feast hidden with Year of the Horse blessings, and the energetic boy group dance that ignited the whole room—every performance won thunderous applause.
Throughout the gala, multiple rounds of lucky draws were held after each show.
Winning numbers were announced one by one, keeping the suspense alive from the first round to the last. Prizes ranged from daily necessities to premium bird’s nest supplements, growing more valuable as the night went on and drawing louder cheers. When the grand cash prize was finally revealed, the venue erupted in applause.

Annual Video: Words Unspoken
After the lucky draws, the lights dimmed again.
The screen lit up for the annual video. No voiceover, no special effects—only familiar faces sharing words they rarely say in daily life.
One colleague spoke of discovering product defects before factory shipment, when teammates from other departments stepped up to verify the issue was not one-sided responsibility. "At that moment, I knew I was not alone."
Another recalled working overnight to pack orders during the peak season. When opening the door, they saw not only colleagues but also their family members. Even though it was a holiday, no one complained; everyone stayed cheerful.
A colleague shared a business trip story: their phone died unexpectedly, and after finding a charger and turning it on, the screen was flooded with unread messages—not work orders, but "Where are you?", "Reply when you see this", "Let us know when you land". The senders had waited from afternoon till late night. "I realized so many people care about me."
When asked why they stay at GREENSIDE, the answers were heartfelt:
mentors who are never impatient, colleagues who ask if you’ve eaten after work, a company that gives opportunities to learn and try, a warm and supportive team atmosphere.
Some shared hopes for their teammates:
"I hope the younger members grow quickly and get the chance to take charge independently."
"Take it slow—we all went through this."
Some spoke of their vision for the future:
"This year was tough, but we’ll get through it. We’ve always said that, and we’ve always kept going."
The last question was about Valentine’s Day.
One smiled: "I hope my wife cares more about herself. Since having kids, she only cares about them—could she care about me a little more too?"
One paused gently: "Thank you, my husband, for always staying with me during late overtime shifts and bringing me delicious food."
Another fell silent for a few seconds, then spoke in sign language: "Happy Valentine’s Day, little brother. You guard the lights of countless homes—just stay safe and sound."
The venue grew quiet. Some stared down at their cups, others turned to the screen, moved.
Closing

As the video ended, the lights gradually brightened. Applause started from the corners and swelled into a roar.
When the gala concluded, no one left empty-handed—prizes won, red envelopes, and thoughtful Spring Festival gifts filled everyone’s bags. Some took photos at the door, others walked out together with colleagues on the same route.
That night was filled with playful trash-talk, hot dances, minor magic mishaps, and exciting lucky draws.
But what truly lingered in everyone’s hearts were the unspoken words on screen:
gratitude left unsaid,
deep-seated warmth,
hidden expectations for teammates,
and the long-overdue "I love you".
On February 11, GREENSide did not announce any new creeds.
Yet everyone knew clearly
why we gather,
and where we will go together.
