From Consensus to Collective Action | GREENSIDE Concludes Its Whole-Staff Corporate Culture Co-Creation Campaign

On February 8, 2026, with the results of the final round of company-wide voting announced, GREENSIDE successfully concluded its over-two-month-long whole-staff corporate culture co-creation campaign, titled "Building Consensus, Embarking on a New Chapter." This intellectual journey, which began in late November 2025, spanned 64 days of deep reading and reflection. It culminated in a fully participatory and candid philosophy congress, where GREENSIDE’s own spiritual compact and cultural coordinates were forged.

Origins and Journey: A Collective Search for Roots from Within

Last November, we officially sowed the seed for culture co-creation with a kick-off meeting. Francis posed a critical question during the session: As GREENSIDE has grown from a startup team into an influential brand within the industry, how do we ensure that our original aspiration of "creating and delivering happiness" remains clear, warm, and powerful within a larger organization and a more complex market?

The answer could not be dictated by a few; it had to grow from collective practice. To this end, the company selected *Kyocera Philosophy* as the shared reading material. It served as both a mirror and a bridge—reflecting our daily work and connecting individual contemplation with group wisdom. Over 64 days, this book accompanied every member of the team. Through daily reading and reflection, work took on deeper meaning, and a connection was forged between ordinary roles and the grand vision.

Learning and Reflection: Seeing Ourselves in Contemplation

This was not merely a simple reading activity. Each day’s reflection was an opportunity to review one’s work and question its underlying value. When we read about "constant refinement," we thought about how to make the details of our storage products more considerate. When we pondered the principle of "Respect for the Divine and Love for People," we re-examined our responsibilities towards customers, partners, and the environment. These sparks of insight, scattered across the organization, were continuously shared and exchanged on internal platforms. Gradually, they converged into a shared spectrum of understanding, laying a solid foundation for the final consensus.

Co-Creation and Consensus: Translating Thought into Common Language

The co-creation congress on February 8th was the moment when this spectrum of thought focused into a guiding beacon. In the morning, various departments engaged in practical discussions centered on "core competitiveness" and "personal competitiveness," mapping out our capabilities from the perspectives of market survival and personal development. In the afternoon, six cross-functional teams took the stage. Bearing the fruits of their prior group discussions, they presented their understanding of the "Way" that should guide GREENSIDE. There was no top-down indoctrination, only bottom-up presentation; no standard answers, only sincere debate and choice.

In the end, through listening, questioning, and voting by all members, a series of value tenets that resonated most deeply and best aligned with the nature of our plastic home storage business were collectively selected. These are not slogans to be hung on a wall, but a common language that has grown organically from our 64 days of reflection and years of entrepreneurial practice.

Outcomes and Outlook: Using Our Cultural Core to Navigate the Future

The conclusion of this co-creation campaign is not an endpoint, but a more crucial starting point. What we have collectively gained is not merely a set of texts, but a thorough process of cultural "alignment"—connecting minds through deep reading and reaching consensus through democratic co-creation.

It means that in the future, when facing decisions about product innovation, refining customer experience, or navigating market challenges, we will have the same measure, rooted in genuine internal认同. It means that the vision of "becoming a company that creates and delivers happiness" will be translated, through these value principles we have personally affirmed, into tangible, actionable guidance.

Setting out from consensus and arriving through collective action. The new chapter of GREENSIDE's culture has been jointly authored by us all. This cultural core, condensed from the wisdom and conviction of our entire team, will function like the most reliable storage system—organizing our passion, talent, and aspirations in good order. It will support the company as it steads its course in the global marketplace, sailing steadily toward the future, delivering even more beauty.
