On the afternoon of March 10th, GREENSIDE held a special learning session. It was less a training and more a rallying call—starting this week, every department is to submit one 60-second video each week, on any topic, to be used as material for the company's social media content. The session showcased numerous examples, explained basic standards, and answered various questions.
But what truly matters is not the 60 seconds, not the video技巧, and not the social media operations. What truly matters are those two words: doing it together.

Why make these videos?
This is a question worth answering thoughtfully.
We could certainly say it's for the social media accounts, for brand exposure, for overseas clients to see a more vibrant GREENSIDE. All of that is true and valid. But if we stop there, we miss something more important.
We are in the storage business, so we understand one principle deeply: putting things in their place isn't just about looking good; it's about finding them easily when needed. Things that are properly stored away aren't forgotten—they are cherished. The same goes for these videos. That 60 seconds you shoot today might just show a routine operation on the production line, a casual discussion in the office, or a joke between colleagues. But when you look back at the end of the year, or three or five years from now, and click play again, you'll realize—oh, so this is how we worked back then, so this person was still here at that time, so this is how we chipped away at that tough project, bit by bit. So this is what our journey together looked like.
More importantly, these videos will serve as a mirror. When we are caught up in daily trivialities, we often forget how far we have come, and the moments we have recorded will remind us at an unexpected moment: look, this is what we have created together. Every frame contains the shadow of you and me, as well as the warmth of our team.

Co-creation has never been just a slogan
Since last winter, we've been talking about "co-creation." During those 64 days reading *Kyocera Philosophy* together, we were creating a shared understanding. At the annual meeting, the video that moved so many to tears captured our daily lives and created connection. The New Year's Eve letter sent to everyone expressed gratitude and created a sense of belonging.
Now, "60 Seconds a Week" is another form of co-creation. It's no longer about one person or one department. It's about R&D, production, sales, supply chain—every department, every individual, using their own perspective to document what they find worth recording. Someone might ask, "But I'm not good at filming, will it be okay?" Yes, it will be okay. What we need is never a blockbuster, but authenticity; not技巧, but perspective; not perfection, but presence. The everyday moments you take for granted might, in someone else's eyes, be the most touching portrayal of GREENSIDE.

Legacy isn't built on grand gestures
We often talk about corporate culture and cultural legacy. It sounds very grand. But legacy is never built through a manual or a single training session. It's built through concrete, individual moments—it's built by someone jotting down a standard operating procedure, by someone复盘ing a success story, by someone saying what they've always wanted to say, right in front of the camera.
Today's 60 seconds are tomorrow's archives. Today's随手拍 are the "aha, so that's how it was" moments of the future. When new colleagues one day ask, "What was our company like back in the day?", we won't need to dig through files or search for photos. We can just open those 60-second videos and let the past speak for itself.

Time will remember for us
So, why film? Because there's so much worth remembering.
Worth remembering are the molds finally perfected after countless adjustments. Worth remembering are the chat windows still glowing in the early hours. Worth remembering are the high-fives after a successful order. Worth remembering are those nights when a problem arose, and no one left. Worth remembering are the people. The ones who guided you, the ones you guided, the ones who endured, laughed, and pulled through with you.
60 seconds is short, but one 60-second clip a week adds up to 52 moments in a year. In ten years, that's 520 moments. Time will remember for us, and so will the lens. All we need to do is pick up our phones, point them at our daily lives, and hit record. Then, let the future discover it for itself.
Finally, a word to every one of you
Don't worry about filming poorly. Authenticity is the best filter.
Don't worry about not knowing what to film. What you do every day is the best subject.
Don't worry about no one watching. We are watching. The future is watching. Time is watching.
Starting this week, let's capture GREENSIDE's essence, frame by frame, together. Someday, many years from now, when we're sitting somewhere and we click on these 60-second videos, we'll definitely smile and say:
"Look, that was us back then."
About GREENSIDE
We are a foreign trade company that makes storage products. What we do isn't grand—we just design and produce boxes and bins, and ship them to homes around the world. But we believe that storage is never just about storage. Making ordinary life a little bit easier—this small thing, we want to keep doing it. And we want to document the process of doing it, too.
