Monthly Sharing Sessions: Removing Bottlenecks Through Pragmatic Communication

Every late month, when the month's operational situation becomes clear, colleagues from the Business, Quality, and Delivery departments gather together. This is not a reporting session, but a collaborative discussion aimed at solving practical problems.

"A client has requested a quote for a new product and hopes we can provide samples of similar materials for comparison. We need the Quality Team's assistance to confirm this," a Business colleague presents a specific support requirement.

Colleagues from the Quality Team share progress and challenges: "We've recently been in contact with a new factory that has advantages in injection molding precision, but the costs need comprehensive evaluation. Additionally, we've encountered structural difficulties in developing a multi-functional storage box and would like to hear everyone's thoughts."

Delivery Team colleagues focus on execution aspects: "Two factories have overlapping shipment plans this month, requiring coordination of logistics resources to avoid container space shortages. Furthermore, recent fluctuations in shipping route timeliness mean we need to jointly evaluate alternative solutions."

In these meetings, everyone brings real "bottlenecks" and "difficulties" from their work. Through immediate cross-departmental communication, information barriers are broken down, resources are coordinated, and feasible solutions to many problems are found during discussions. This pragmatic problem-solving mechanism enables us to respond quickly and collaboratively to various uncertainties during the quarter's sprint.

This allows Business colleagues to quickly receive professional product support when responding to complex customer needs; enables Quality colleagues to consider delivery feasibility in advance when developing new products or seeking new suppliers; and helps Delivery colleagues to accurately grasp front-end business rhythms when coordinating overall logistics capacity.

This tacit understanding is not established temporarily—it comes from honest communication on specific matters during monthly sharing sessions and trust built through jointly fulfilling orders. It is this mature collaboration system that allows us to function as an efficient and coordinated whole when facing Q4 challenges.
