Time: 2026-04-23

On the afternoon of April 17, GREENSIDE held its annual fiscal year conference at the company, with all employees in attendance. The meeting included departmental reviews of the past year, annual awards, and the election of a new Development & Reform Committee. All staff enjoyed a group dinner after the event.

I. Departmental Reviews
Heads of Business, Premium Products, Delivery, Operations, Finance and other departments took to the stage one after another, reviewing the achievements of the previous fiscal year with data, openly analyzing shortcomings, and clarifying goals and pathways for the new year. The General Manager Assistant and General Manager delivered speeches in succession, and the company leader concluded by outlining the overall strategy and development direction.

II. Annual Awards
Long-Service Awards
Employees who had reached their 5th, 10th, and 15th work anniversaries stepped onto the stage to receive customized certificates and commemorative gifts.
A 5-year colleague joked, “How did five years pass in a flash?” Someone from the audience replied, “You still have plenty of hair,” sparking laughter. Longer applause broke out for the 10-year and 15-year employees.

There were no overly emotional speeches, yet everyone understood: staying with a company for so long is not because of lack of options, but because the company is worth it.
This award is a fixed company benefit for long-serving employees. The longer the tenure, the more substantial the souvenir. The message is simple: time is seen, and dedication is remembered.

Kudos Wall Awards
This was the most special award of the day.
Over the past year, the company’s “Kudos Wall” was covered with sticky notes where colleagues thanked and praised one another. Some wrote, “Thank you for helping me solve that tough problem.”Others noted, “You stayed late to revise the plan with me.”Some simply said, “Your patience really moved me.”
The rule was: count how many times each person praised others—not how many times they were praised.
The company values the willingness to actively recognize colleagues’ strengths and express gratitude.
The top six employees with the most praises received “Niuniu Trophies” (Bull Trophies). The size of the trophy matched the number of compliments: the more you praised, the bigger your trophy.
The colleague with the largest bull trophy laughed, “I guess I praised people a lot this year.”Those with smaller ones said earnestly, “I’ll write more next year.”This award involves no bonuses or KPIs. It comes from genuine recognition among teammates in daily collaboration.
By creating this award, the company hopes to encourage a culture: kindness should be expressed proactively, and gratitude spoken timely.

Outstanding Employee Awards
Warm applause filled the venue as the names of two Outstanding Employees were announced. They shared a common trait: not the most talkative, but the most reliable in getting things done. One quietly filled in gaps others overlooked; another consistently delivered steady, trustworthy work year after year.

The company awarded bonuses and certificates to the Outstanding Employees.
The selection standard was not who worked the most overtime, but who remained consistently responsible and made substantial contributions to the team.

III. Development & Reform Committee Election: Staff Vote for Their Own Organization
The Development & Reform Committee (DRC) is an internal autonomous organization at GREENSIDE responsible for employee welfare and feedback.
Its duties include voicing staff needs and helping solve problems—from improving office equipment and planning team-building activities to optimizing welfare plans and collecting and advancing various requests.
The new DRC members were elected through on-site voting by all employees.
Candidates took turns campaigning with concrete promises:
“Strive for more team-building activities,”
“Promote more flexible welfare plans,”
“Build a more efficient feedback channel.”

There were no empty slogans; everyone spoke about real concerns.
Voting, vote-counting, and result announcement followed.
The new DRC members made their collective appearance.
They hold no managerial positions—they are “one of us,” elected by every single vote.
In the coming year, any employee requests or suggestions can be conveyed to the company through them.

IV. Closing Thoughts
After the meeting, all employees gathered for dinner with no hierarchical seating; everyone chatted freely.
On this day, GREENSIDE completed its fiscal year review, presented three types of awards, elected a new Development & Reform Committee, and shared a meal together.
It is an annual routine, yet each year feels different—because people change, the company evolves, but the company’s care for its people remains unchanged.
